On Friday, 17 November 2023 The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 32 Bay Roberts, presented a cheque in the amount of $400 to the Helping Hand (Food Bank) in Bay Roberts. The Town of Carbonear signs a proclamation presented by members of Branch 23 to declare 17-23 September 2023 as Legion Week in Carbonear.
On Monday 25 September 2023 The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 32 Bay Roberts, presented four schools in the local area with cheques in the amount of $250 each. These donations were in support of the Kids Eat Smart Programs or lunch programs at the schools for students. All funds donated were the proceeds from Friday Morning Coffee and a Chat held at the branch.
